QNS makes no warranty that the functionality of the system will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the system or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

The contents of the system do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

Changes to Website

Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions for cause shall be made in QNS's sole discretion and that QNS shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to the QNS Services.

Termination of your QNS account includes any or all of the following: (a) removal of access to all or part of the offerings within the QNS Services, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of all or part of the QNS Services.
